Selection Process
GPSC Recruitment 2017 Note:-(1) Disabled Candidates: 1 post is reserved
for Disabled Candidates OL (one leg) LorR affected candidate who can
move independently and perform duties can apply for the post. Candidates
other than prescribed above disability are not eligible for
application.
(1) Incase of non-availability of women candidatess in the respective
Category, the post so reserved
will be alloted to male candidates of the same Category.
(3) Selection to the posts of Unreserved Category and posts reserved for
women candidates thereof
as well as selection to the posts of S.E.B.C. S.C. and S.T. Categories
and posts reserved for women
candidates thereof shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in
selection process by the candidates of respective categories and also
women candidates of that category and on the basis of qualifying
standard prescribed by the Commission keeping in view to maintain
efficiency of respective service.
E.Q:-
(1) A degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery of any of
the University established
or incorporated by or under the Central or state Act in india; or any
other educational institution recognized assuch or declared to be a
deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grantes
Commission Act,1956 (3 of 1956) or possess any other qualifications
specified in first or second schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act.

(2) A Post Graduate Diploma in Radiology of the Universities established
or incorporated by or under the Central or state Act in india; or
possess an equivalent qualifications recognized by the Medical Council
of India and have experience of two years in Radiology Subject in
Government Hospital or owned managed hospital which has been registered
with local authority or controlled by the Non-Government Organisation
Hospital or Trust Hospital. OR

(3). M.D. (Radiology) of the University established or incorporated by
or under the Central or State Act in India; or possess an equivalent
post graduate qualifications recognized by the Medical Council of
India..
(4) The basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the
Gujarat Civil Services classification and Recruitment (General)
Rules.1967 as amended from time to time.
(5). Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and/ or Hindi. Note:-The Candidate
required to get himself registered under the Gujarat Medical Council
Act, 1967 or any other Corresponding law for the time being in force at
the time of his application for direct selecation if he is not so
registered .
GPSC Recruitment 2017 Pay:- Pay Band Rs. 15600-39100/- Plus Grade pay
Rs.6600/-
GPSC Recruitment 2017 Age:-Not more than 40 years. Age will be
calculated on the last date of the application.
Final selection will be based on written examination & Interview
