GOOD NEWS: CENTRAL EMPLOYEE SALARY WILL BE HIKE
Central employees can get more news. Their pay might still be an increase. If everything is okay then the employees can get these gifts next year. The National Analyley Committee (NAC) can meet a month's meeting on demand for increasing the minimum daily budget for central employees. According to the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission, the government increased the minimum wages of central employees from 7,000 to 18000 rupees a few months ago.
Central government employees are not happy with the increase made by the government and they say that our demand was to pay a minimum wage of Rs. 26000, which is much less than our demand. Now the National Anamly Committee will discuss the minimum wage in October and submit it to the Union Cabinet before submitting it to the Department of Expenditures.
The government is going to increase the fitment factor. It is almost certain to increase the fitment factor to 3 times. Fitant factor is currently 2.57. Now after the fitment factor of 3 times the minimum wage will be Rs 21000, which has so far been decided to make 18000 rupees. If everything goes well in the NAC meeting, central employees will start getting higher wages than January 2018. However, this will be less than 21,000 demanded by the employees, which is 21000 but the employees will be benefitted.
